Our assessments focus on your goals and identify the therapy, equipment and core supports needed to achieve those goals.
Our reports are written in language that NDIS and other funding bodies understand.
We work with you, your family and your support services to help you learn to become more independent in all aspects of daily life including cooking meals, getting a job, managing finances, making friends, or moving out of home.
We have particular experience in working with individuals with cognitive and/ or mental health challenges to become more independent and live a more meaningful life.
Our occupational therapists have considerable experience in assessing and documenting the home and living support needs of individuals within an NDIS context.
We have particular experience in assessing the needs of individuals with complex presentations including dual diagnoses, cognitive and mental health conditions and how these condition impact their home and living support needs.
We undertake a comprehensive Functional Capacity Assessment that incorporates the type and level of care / support required for you. We interpret our findings with reference to the NDIS criteria for housing support funding including SIL, ILO and SDA.
We conduct comprehensive assessments and trials to recommend assistive technology and equipment to assist you with managing everyday activities in your home, place of education or workplace. Part of this process can include producing detailed reports to obtain funding through various funding bodies.
